This collaboration grants Posh AI access to Jack Henry’s technical infrastructure, allowing seamless integration with the Symitar® platform. The VIP program is structured to ensure that financial institutions using Jack Henry solutions can easily implement third-party products.
Posh’s platform connects with Symitar through SymXchange™, a service-based programming interface that facilitates secure access to core data and business rules for both credit unions and third-party vendors. This integration ensures data integrity by managing all interactions through a governed service layer.
By integrating with Symitar, Posh AI enables financial institutions to provide real-time FAQ responses and execute secure, high-performance banking operations. Through participation in the VIP program, Posh AI customers benefit from a streamlined support channel and simplified access to a testing environment—making system setup, upgrades, and maintenance more efficient and user-friendly.
