Creatify, the AI platform powering high-performance video advertising, has announced WndrCo and Kindred Ventures co-led its $15.5 million Series A funding round. This brings Creatify’s total funding to $23 million, with early investors including NFDG, Millennium New Horizons, Creator Ventures, and Leadout Capital.

Trusted by over a million marketers and 10,000+ teams — including Alibaba.com, Comcast, Binance, NewsBreak, Tec-do, and Zumper — Creatify leverages generative AI models and integrated workflow tools to automate the entire video ad lifecycle, from creative inspiration and generation to testing and optimization. The company has surpassed $9 million in annual recurring revenue within just 18 months of launch.

“Video is the most valuable format in digital advertising, but it’s still the hardest to produce at scale,” said Yinan Na, co-founder and CEO of Creatify. “We built Creatify to remove these barriers. Just as Shopify revolutionized e-commerce, we’re doing the same for video ads—making them fast, effective, and accessible to businesses of all sizes.”

The funding coincides with the launch of AdMax, an end-to-end AI ad agent that combines creative inspiration, production, testing, and performance analytics into a single workflow. Key AdMax features include:

  • Ad monitoring that turns top competitor and category ads into actionable campaigns
  • AI-powered video generation to create dozens of UGC-style and product showcase videos within minutes
  • 700+ AI-generated avatars enabling multilingual, cross-platform campaigns without traditional production costs
  • Creative testing engine optimized for Meta and TikTok, built for ROAS and CPA
  • API access and team workspaces for streamlined, scalable video production with brand consistency

Jeffrey Katzenberg, Founding Partner at WndrCo, who will join Creatify’s board, stated: “Creatify is redefining how modern advertising works. In a world where brands must show up everywhere, all the time, Creatify is purpose-built to meet that demand at scale.”

Steve Jang, Founding Partner at Kindred Ventures, added: “Generative media and LLMs are transforming how brands market their products. Creatify’s AI agent collapses the slow, costly process of producing video ads into a fast, high-quality experience.”

Enterprise brands are already seeing results:

  • Zumper produces 300+ videos monthly using Creatify, saving $20,000 per month.
  • NewsBreak advertisers are creating tailored creatives in minutes instead of days, with improved performance across audience segments.

James Borow, Vice President of Product and Engineering at Universal Ads, Comcast, noted: “Innovative companies like Creatify are breaking down barriers to TV advertising by simplifying ad creation.”

Ryan Ludlow, General Manager at NewsBreak, said: “Creatify’s Ad Creation tool removes creative bottlenecks, enabling advertisers to quickly launch multiple high-quality creatives, monitor performance, and adjust strategy at scale.”
