New AI capabilities enhance Five9’s routing, quality management, and analytics, bringing them together into a more integrated ecosystem designed to help organizations elevate every customer interaction.

Five9 (Nasdaq: FIVN), provider of the Intelligent CX Platform, unveiled a powerful suite of AI-powered innovations at the Five9 CX Summit 2025, expanding the next evolution of its Genius AI suite. These enhancements introduce AI across routing, quality management, and analytics, unifying them within a single ecosystem aimed at helping organizations improve customer engagement.

As AI adoption becomes a strategic priority for CX leaders, many organizations are accelerating efforts to advance beyond pilot programs toward enterprise-wide implementation. However, challenges such as siloed systems, fragmented data, and uncertainty around measurable AI ROI often impede progress. Five9’s newest innovations address these obstacles by positioning AI as a connective layer across the entire CX landscape. By embedding AI into routing, quality processes, and analytics, Five9 aims to support more integrated operations, deeper engagement, and stronger customer connections at scale.

“Our Agentic CX vision is about creating systems that don’t just respond but also help teams better understand and anticipate customer needs,” said Ajay Awatramani, Chief Product Officer, Five9. “With these innovations, AI moves from the periphery to the core of the contact center, connecting data, people, and processes into a system designed for continuous learning, adaptation, and more meaningful customer experiences.”

New AI-powered capabilities introduced by Five9:

  • Agentic Quality Management (AQM): A next-generation quality management solution that can be configured to evaluate up to 100% of customer interactions, offering insights to help improve agent performance and customer satisfaction. AQM provides enriched performance data to support routing decisions, coaching strategies, and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Genius Routing: A dynamic matching engine that connects customers with agents based on defined attributes, agent characteristics, and proficiency levels. Its API-driven architecture accepts real-time inputs from AI performance management and self-service tools to help deliver faster resolutions and more personalized interactions.
  • OneVUE: A unified reporting and analytics platform offering customizable, self-service dashboards built on the advanced data aggregation foundation previously delivered through Aceyus VUE. OneVUE provides flexible metrics and visualization tools for modern, AI-driven contact centers, enabling organizations to define and refine KPIs across traditional operations and multi-vendor environments.
  • Adaptive Digital Engagement: A modernized digital engagement framework that evolves with expanding AI capabilities. Through the new Dynamic Web Messenger Configurator, organizations can create and deploy webchat experiences in real time without coding. Five9 also announced a new partnership with Meta, introducing native WhatsApp integration featuring embedded templates, broadcasts, and AI Agents. This modular approach enables businesses to align digital channels with the broader Five9 AI ecosystem.

“Leveraging Five9 allows us to move faster from insight to action,” said Eric Schanno, Principal Solutions Engineer, Northwestern Mutual. “We are very excited about the potential of Five9 AQM to elevate coaching across 100% of interactions. And OneVUE gives us a single source of truth for the metrics that matter. The combination raises the bar on performance and helps deliver more consistent, high-quality customer experiences.”
