StructuredWeb Rebrands as Structured, Unveils AI-First Channel Platform Powered by Generative & Agentic AI
Structured, formerly known as StructuredWeb, announced its rebrand to better reflect its mission of simplifying partner marketing through intelligent automation and structured collaboration. Alongside the rebrand, the company is launching a new AI-first channel platform, marking the industry’s first agent-based AI solution that combines Generative AI and Agentic AI to help enterprises and their partners collaborate, market, and grow more effectively at scale.
For over 25 years, Structured has pioneered innovation in channel marketing — from content syndication and personalized video to the early use of Generative AI in partner campaigns. Today, the company is pushing boundaries again with a platform powered by more than 20 specialized AI agents that work together to transform how enterprises engage with their ecosystems.
“Legacy platforms ask partners to adapt to technology. Structured flips the model by making the technology adapt to the partner,” said Daniel Nissan, Founder & CEO of Structured. “We built the first true AI-first platform, where Generative AI creates personalized campaigns and Agentic AI acts on them — optimizing, guiding, and scaling results. After 26 years of innovation, a new name and a new platform signal the beginning of an even more ambitious chapter.”
Structured has achieved global scale, maintains a 98% enterprise retention rate, and is trusted by industry leaders including IBM, Google, Zoom, Dell, and ServiceNow. With $30 million in new funding from Invictus Growth Partners, the company is accelerating its AI roadmap to meet growing demand in the channel ecosystem, which represents 70% of worldwide commerce.
Jay McBain, Chief Analyst at Canalys, emphasized the significance of the shift: “Channel marketing is undergoing the most profound transformation in its history. Structured’s vision for combining Generative and Agentic AI is exactly what enterprises need. Their evolution from StructuredWeb to Structured reflects not just a new name, but a new era for the channel.”
Platform Capabilities
- Over 20 specialized AI agents for content creation, campaign execution, and optimization

“StructuredWeb helped define the category of through-channel marketing automation,” added Nissan. “Now, as Structured, we are defining the future of channel AI. Our mission is simple: empower global ecosystems to market together, smarter, faster, and more affordably — while turning partner engagement into real pipeline and closed deals.”
The AI-first platform will roll out in the coming weeks, with general availability later this year. To celebrate, Structured will host a launch event in New York on September 30: “Just Ask: Navigating the Future of Channel Marketing with AI and Confidence.” The event will gather channel leaders to explore how AI is reshaping partner engagement and ecosystem growth.
Structured’s leadership was further reinforced in the Forrester Wave™: Partner Marketing Automation Platforms, Q2 2025, where it was named a Leader, receiving top scores across 11 criteria including AI, Innovation, Customization, Localization, and Data Management.
