Springbot Rebrands as Unified AI-Driven Sales and Marketing Platform, Relocates HQ to Charleston
Springbot has announced its transformation into a unified marketing and sales enablement platform, marking a major evolution from its roots in e-commerce automation. This shift comes as part of a broader recapitalization effort and relocation of its corporate headquarters from Atlanta to Charleston, South Carolina.
After 12 years serving online retailers, Springbot is now structured into three interlinked divisions, each leveraging artificial intelligence to address critical aspects of business growth:
- Springbot Send: An AI-powered email marketing platform that builds upon Springbot’s legacy automation tools.
- Springbot Studio: A full-service digital transformation and branding division offering end-to-end marketing solutions.
- Springbot Labs: A workflow automation engine designed to help businesses of all sizes generate consistent revenue and eliminate slow sales months.
“We’re building a company that’s faster than the market,” said CEO Marc Pickren, who recently took majority control of the company. “Our goal is to help businesses go to market more strategically and quickly with AI-backed data and performance metrics that impact revenue and strengthen communities.”
Pickren has assembled a leadership team of seasoned professionals in sales strategy, creative design, revenue operations, and technology integration—many of whom he has worked with previously across various ventures in the marketing technology sector.
Springbot’s strategic transformation comes at a time when businesses increasingly demand integrated solutions that combine marketing automation with broader operational efficiency. The company, which has supported over 22,000 subscribers and partnered with more than 300 mid-market and enterprise brands, has executed more than 35,000 digital campaigns to date. Success stories and case studies are available on the company's updated website.
The newly relaunched Springbot reports it is debt-free and profitable within its first two months post-restructure. In addition to its Charleston headquarters, the company maintains a satellite office in Austin, Texas, with expansion plans already in motion as it doubles down on its new AI-centric business model.
