Seed Extension Fuels AI-First CTV Adtech Growth

Olyzon, the Agentic CTV Advertising Platform, has secured a $5M seed extension round led by U.S.-based Cassius Capital. The funding round also saw continued support from Ventech, Eurazeo, and notable angels including Greg Coleman (former President of Criteo), Tom O’Regan (former CEO of Madison Logic), Cédric Mao (founder of Epic12), and Christophe Parcot (former executive at Ogury, Teads, and Yahoo). The round consists of $3.8M in equity plus non-dilutive funding from Bpifrance and banking partners.

Cassius Capital Brings Deep Media & Adtech Expertise

Cassius Capital, founded by Emmanuel Seugé, a long-time marketing executive at The Coca-Cola Company, focuses on high-growth tech startups. Its portfolio includes SORARE, BRUT, and Kings League. The fund is deploying its third vehicle alongside Jean de La Rochebrochard, Managing Partner at Kima Ventures.

“We’re proud to lead this round to accelerate Olyzon’s velocity in the U.S.,” said Emmanuel Seugé, Partner at Cassius Capital. “Their approach to agentic AI enables decisioning, creative intelligence, and transparency—exactly what this space needs.”

Strengthening U.S. Market Presence

This funding comes less than a year after Olyzon’s initial seed round, which included 60 adtech angel investors such as the co-founders of Scibids, Publica, and Equativ. The new capital will fuel product development and expansion in the U.S. market.

“CTV is the epicenter of premium attention, but most ad infrastructure hasn’t evolved beyond display-era logic,” said Jules Minvielle, CEO and co-founder of Olyzon. “We built Olyzon to transform how advertisers engage audiences—using agentic AI to plan, target, and sequence campaigns in real-time based on context, intent, and brand-specific data.”

Since its 2024 launch, Olyzon has powered campaigns for major brands such as DoorDash, Caesars, LVMH, Nissan, Mastercard, Red Bull, Audi, IKEA, and Levi’s. The platform connects to premium inventory through partners like LG Ads, Amagi, Vizio, Titan OS, Plex, Fubo, and M6.

At Nissan, Media & Advertising Manager Julien Dobisz noted: “We have integrated Olyzon into our marketing strategy. The solution captures attention with precise targeting in an immersive CTV environment while delivering detailed performance insights.”

To drive U.S. growth, Olyzon recently appointed Zach Sorscher as SVP of Sales, U.S. An adtech veteran (formerly at Exte and MiQ), Sorscher is spearheading North American commercial development.

CTV: A Market in Transformation

CTV advertising in the U.S. is on track to reach over 238 million users and generate more than $30 billion in revenue by 2025, with double-digit annual growth (eMarketer).

Yet legacy display-based tools lag behind marketers’ expectations—often lacking contextual relevance, transparency, and scalability. Olyzon closes these gaps by deploying agentic AI that autonomously executes brand goals in CTV, enabling advertisers to achieve results seamlessly.
